Hello, I’m Karen Chappell. I help professional people to change their health by bringing a sense of balance in their lives. Taking the time to understand who you really are, I help you to become who you want to be, despite your busy career, business or family life.
My journey began when I found myself overwhelmed and in poor health. I needed to get back to who I really was. I allowed myself the space to reflect, re-engage with my creativity, and to retrain in various disciplines. This has enabled me to provide a range of natural ways I can help others, from managing pain, stress and nutrition, as well as providing tranquil retreats for those wishing to escape from the hum drum of daily life.
My ethos is to work with the body and nature, creating a sense of harmony, relaxation and serenity. I have even created my own personal retreat at the end of my garden called ‘Brook Lodge’, so I can regularly disengage with life and re-engage with nature. I grow my own vegetables, and I try to only use and consume organic products – but I am realistic too. And this is why my practical approach to healthy thinking is achievable. I help people to take small steps, so they can enjoy a lifetime of balance.
