Any compensations or habits that affect how your body functions
Then, we have a structured photo posture session so I can see where your holding patterns are concentrated.
We start the programme with a 60-minute in-depth consultation (online)
During this session, we:
Review your questionnaire
Analyse your posture patterns
Explore your pain triggers and history
Build your first personalised movement framework
By the end of this session, you will:
• Understand what is contributing to your pain
• Know why your body has adapted that way
• Have a clear plan of action for change
2. Weekly Realignment
Following your initial consultation, you receive:
11 x 30-minute weekly guided sessions
Your personalised mobiliser prescription — updated weekly
Direct access to me between sessions should you have questions or need clarity

Most clients spend as little as 15 minutes a day total on mobilisers — spread throughout the day — and make meaningful progress.
