An analogy would be electrical goods. To find the fault you’d go right back to basics and ask simple questions like; Is it plugged in? Is it switched on? Etc.
You’d keep going and drill down until you find the fault.
This way you trace and eliminate any possible causes, knowing that you have been thorough and not missed anything obvious.
The magic is knowing which questions to ask.
Sometimes we have to think differently, be different, or do something different to create change.
Remember “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
Chronic pain can be approached in a similar manner, as pain can be caused by many things like nutrition, posture, lifestyle choices, accidents, and stress.
We look at everything going through the process of elimination to find the root cause of pain.

Absolutely! With my 95% success rate, you could be pain-free within as few as three sessions.

The caveat is “it depends”. I wouldn’t advise stopping prescribed medication without consulting your healthcare professional.

Are you an Osteopath, Chiropractor, or Physiotherapist?
I’m so pleased you asked…
I had 12 months of pre-osteopathic training with a view to becoming an Osteopath but decided against it when I realised that I wanted a different pathway, creating a unique solution as Chiropractors and Osteopaths did in the late 1800s.
I have trained in movement (Personal Trainer, pilates, movement and neurological conditions), counselling, and bodywork (massage and physical adjustments).
In isolation these are great therapies, when you put them together it is a very powerful solution with a high success rate.
Why do you only offer a programme?
Change can take time. If it’s taken your body 10, 20, 30 or more years to be in the condition it is in today, is it realistic to undo those years and experiences in 1 or 2 sessions?
I believe that 1 session is barely scratching the surface and is another sticking plaster approach.
Think about other activities as a comparison; habits, weight loss, fitness and learning a new language.
They all take time to learn, then we reinforce the learning before any effects can be seen.
For some reason, we think that healing or physical adaptation can be achieved in the blink of an eye, and we focus purely on pain removal.
I do offer single sessions to clients who have been through the Bodylogiq programme, if they need a review.
How does this work online?
With a programme that is completely tailored to you and your individual needs.
Visiting a therapist in person is what we have always done.
We are used to that way of working and can’t imagine anything else.
Surely, the therapist has to work hands-on in order to create an effect.
I used to think the same.
Then at the start of the pandemic, 2020, when everything went online, I thought that my business had effectively closed.
I decided to conduct trials, working with clients online. The results were amazing, clients still had great success!
