A noticeable improvement after only 3 sessions online


I’ve suffered with lower back pain for a number of years, in fact so many I can’t recall a time when my back didn’t ache on waking or standing for a short period of time. I had resided myself with the fact that it would be something I would always have. Over the years the only time I would seek professional help would be at crisis point.

When Karen mentioned to me that she would be offering the opportunity to work with her online, I was willing to give it a go, as what had I got to lose. I’ll be honest I was a little sceptical as to what could be achieved without Karen physically getting hands on, however I was happy to be proven wrong. My consultations took place over zoom and Karen made suggestions for exercises for me to complete which would target my key areas of concern. She would follow-up with a reminder of the routine via email and then it was up to me to do it. I was keen to see if doing a range of exercises really could make even a small difference.

After only 3 sessions over a 4 week period, my back is noticeably improved. I realised doing every day jobs like leaning over to wash my daughter’s hair that I wasn’t wincing and needing to stop and take a break.

I couldn’t believe it – it was so alien to me to not have the aching that when it was gone it was just amazing.
The key thing that Karen said to me when we started will always stick with me, she said “there is NO reason I should be putting up with pain” and my goodness was she right. She is a miracle worker.
